Return Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

PLEASE NOTE : Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 6 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Admin, payment processing  & shipping fees will be deducted on all returns. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
