Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at www.beautybling.co.za 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
PLEASE NOTE : Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (for hygienic purposes)


After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 6 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Admin, payment processing  & shipping fees will be deducted on all returns. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
